1. 運営者・適用範囲
CHOCO（ATSUSHI KIMURA。以下「運営者」）は、iOSアプリ「バスパニック」（以下「本アプリ」）で取り扱う利用者情報について、本ポリシーを定めます。お問い合わせ窓口は [email protected] です。
2. 収集する情報
本アプリは完全にオフラインで動作し、氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、端末識別子、連絡先などの個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録もありません。運営者のサーバーや第三者へ情報を送信することはありません。
3. 端末内に保存する情報
ステージの進行、獲得した★、コイン、効果音・振動の設定は、ゲームを続けるために端末内にのみ保存されます。これらは運営者に送られません。アプリを削除すると消去されます。
4. 広告・解析・課金
本アプリには現在、広告、アクセス解析、アプリ内課金のための外部サービスは含まれていません。これらを追加する場合は、事前に本ポリシーを改定し、本ページでお知らせします。
5. お子さまの利用
本アプリは年齢を問わず遊べるよう作られており、お子さまの個人情報も収集しません。

ご意見や不具合のご報告は [email protected] までご連絡ください。お問い合わせの際にいただいたメールアドレスと内容は、返信と対応のためにのみ使用します。

CHOCO (ATSUSHI KIMURA, the "Operator") sets out this policy for the iOS app Bus Panic (the "App"). Contact: [email protected].
2. Information we collect
The App works fully offline and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, location, device identifiers or contacts. There is no account. Nothing is sent to the Operator's servers or to third parties.
3. Data stored on your device
Stage progress, earned stars, coins and sound / vibration settings are stored only on your device so you can keep playing. They are never sent to the Operator and are erased when you delete the App.
4. Ads, analytics and purchases
The App currently contains no third-party services for advertising, analytics or in-app purchases. If any are added, this policy will be updated on this page beforehand.
5. Children
The App is made for all ages and does not collect personal information from children.
